Virtual Class

Travelling or just can’t get to the studio? No worries!

You can also work out from the comfort of your home, hotel or beach with a live online lesson with me to hone your core fundamentals and get you into a great space.

It’s surprising how much I can see through a screen to spot those little corrections to help you exercise as safely and optimally as possible.

Session Duration

Each virtual class session lasts for 60 minutes.

Session Focus

This virtual session works similar as a private class where I will offer a personalised and focused experience, allowing you to progress at your own pace, addressing any specific concerns or needs.

Suitability

As long as you have no major injuries you’re good to go!
I can’t be physically hands on in these sessions (as I’m watching through the screen) so I need you to take some level of ownership and exercise responsibly, but modifications can be made to make any exercise easier or harder plus I’ll have my beady eye for key cues and verbal corrections.

On-Demand

Can’t get to the studio? No worries!

While On-Demand Pilates don't have the personalised attention of my live classes,
they can still be incredibly valuable for maintaining your consistent Pilates practice.

Session Duration

Each on-demand class lasts for "30 ish" minutes.

Session Focus

I have different classes for different abilities and focuses from a “Stretch” class to an “Abdominal” class or a “Full Body” workout with different props, lots of variations. Again, one needs to exercise responsibly as you’re on your own here.

Suitability

People on the move; travelling for work or pleasure, in a different time zone then I got you covered.  It’s a good in-between workout of your in-person lesson fix!
