Matwork Group Class
In this mini group setting, I’ll guide you through a series of dynamic movements on the mat designed to improve your core strength, flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness.
Session Duration
Each class lasts for 60 minutes.
Session Focus
During the session, we’ll use small props such as resistance bands, pilates circles, stability balls, or foam rollers. These props can provide assistance or resistance and add variety and challenge to any exercise!
Suitability
A motivating environment where anyone who is keen to refine technique, develop core strength and improve body awareness in this friendly group setting.
